The caretaker government of Punjab, following the order of the Lahore High Court, allowed Tehreek-e-Insaf to hold a rally in Greater Iqbal Park. Regarding the ten-point plan, he said that he will promote small and medium industries in the country, focus on agriculture and raise money through minerals.
